E-mail Communications

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from P4PD if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our members. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us you may opt out .

We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries also subject to this Privacy Policy.

We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In most cases, we provide services, or make recommendations for product and services with these businesses. See below for some examples of co-branded and joint offerings.

Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of P4PD customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers you can opt not to receive them.

P4PD will release account and other personal information when compliance with the law requires; or in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of P4PD, our customers, or others.. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.

If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please send us an opt-out notification.. (If you do not want to receive this Privacy Policy, or other legal notices, those notices will still govern your use of P4PD, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.)

P4PD does not sell services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use P4PD services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you choose to visit P4PD's website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Texas. CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES AND REVISIONS

By your use of this website you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this privacy policy, shall be finally settled under the rules of arbitration of the American arbitration association by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with these rules. You further agree that arbitration shall be in Houston, Texas and subject to application of the laws of the state of Texas.
