    Relief and human development agency, providing education, healthcare, social services and emergency aid to over four million refugees living in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon and the Syrian Arab Republic.

    An interactive portal for information and knowledge sharing on sustainable development in Palestine; it is a country level implementation of the Development Gateway initiative. The portal offers: Knowledge sharing on key development topics; Development projects databases and Business opportunities.

    The Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction is a department of the Palestinian national Authority.


    Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics
    PCBS provides official statistics on demographic, social, economic and environmental states and trend to serve the Palestinian citizenry, and to serve the needs of businesses and their organizations for statistical information on states and trends.

    Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS)
    A vehicle to promote discussion on the Palestinian economy. Its goal is to disseminate information that enriches debate and to coordinate those institutions and individuals interested in the Palestinian Economy. The Palestine Economic Forum seeks to promote lasting peace and shared prosperity in this vital region by drawing attention to a broad set of economic issues at the cutting edge of Palestinian economic development . In the process it hopes to enhance democracy and transparency, encourage civil society deliberations; improve coordination among donors, the Palestinian Diaspora, private investors, and public stakeholders; and ultimately, improve the policy making process and foster good governmence in the West Bank and Gaza.

    United Nations Conference on Trade and Development
    The Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People examines the structural weaknesses of the Palestinian economy and creates coherent strategies for setting the economy on the path of sustainable development.

    European Commission Technical Assistance Office to the West Bank and Gaza Strip
    In English and Arabic. The Palestinian Authority is a full and equal partner in the Barcelona Process designed to build a Euro-Mediterranean space; the Representative Office helps to keep the PA abreast of the latest developments in the Barcelona Process so that its voice is heard in the evolution of Euro-Mediterranean affairs. The Representative Office is equally responsible for following up with the Palestinian Authority on the implementation of the EC-PLO Association Agreement on trade and cooperation which is a key element in relations between the EU and the Palestinians in the framework of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. The bulk of the work of the Representative Office centers around the donor assistance program to the Palestinians.

    Palestinian Trade Center
    PalTrade is a national, non-profit, fully private sector, membership-based organization. It operates through offices in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and has strong market networks worldwide.

    PALDEV is an email news/discussion list devoted to issues of Palestinian economic development (WB/Gaza).
